This is the FIRST TIME in my life that I feel like my practitioner is literally walking this health journey with me and wholeheartedly invested in it. THANK YOU, Dr. Jana, for creating this amazing program!

I have worked with Dr. Jana in different seasons in the last nine years. What I have seen and experienced is that she is a woman of The Word and a Doer of The Word. Dr. Jana is continually learning and following the direction of the Lord. Launching this new group coaching program, my husband and I immediately knew we wanted to join. What she was offering had so much value. Since I’ve been a client for a while, my plan is quite a bit different from others. Being in community with others and the weekly calls has been pivotal in my journey. It’s also been a blessing to have the ability for my husband and children to participate.

The Total Health Revival Group Program has been better than we ever expected! The community it has built has become a sweet family of encouragement. We have walked our detox journey out together and shared our struggles, our victories, lifted each other up in prayer and… maybe shared a few gross pictures of the “evidence” of detox along the way! 

Dr. Jana goes above and beyond to give very personal and customized care to each member through DM's with her, group chat and weekly Live Q & A Zoom calls. She has also created some amazing educational content modules that get dripped out throughout the 9-month program. These modules take us into a deeper dive into understanding how the detox process works and why we need it. There is no way that Dr. Jana would have the time to teach and answer all our questions during a 30-min follow-up. 

In my opinion, the value of this program is far more than what we paid!

I highly recommend anybody struggling with health issues to take a step of faith and give this program a try! This program has been a game changer!

After starting this program, I feel more energy, get more done around the house, and I'm more present with my family. I'm in soooo much less pain. Pain used to wake me up every time I moved at night. I don't feel the afternoon energy slump as often. My chest flutters have mostly subsided. I only feel them a little bit, every once in a while. I feel like fight or flight is calming down, like everything doesn't send me into panic mode anymore. I used to feel as though I had to survive through the week in order to rest through the weekend. That is no longer the case! I felt like I was dying, Dr Jana, and now I have hope! I have tried all the things and was very hesitant to try one more thing. I am so thankful that I did and can't wait to move onto the next phase!

I was unsure of how we would receive the personalized care for our health with a virtual group health coaching program. But those concerns quickly rested as I finished our discovery call and immediately saw the difference in the care. It has proved to be the most comprehensive, effective, and personalized relationship with a doctor I have had. It is so individualized to each person's needs, down to individual prayer and discipleship. In the weekly group calls, I have learned and gained so much from others' questions and vulnerability, things I would have missed out on that have blessed me immensely. It is a beautiful community of encouragement, empathy, compassion, where we celebrate our wins and share our struggles! We have cried, laughed, prayed, and also shared struggles and frustrations on these calls. These calls are worth the cost of the program alone! 

What I think I love most is that we are all in this place together where we each "get it"... We're on the same page and are speaking a shared "language"...as well as sharing a fascination with all the things that are DYING and exiting our bodies!! With the modules, we are educated with the same information, while also having individualized plans for each of our unique situations. We are all invested and share a desire for deep healing not just physically, but also SPIRITUALLY!

This unique, comprehensive, holistic, spiritually-led journey of healing can feel very isolating, different, and lonely. I felt confused and tossed to and fro before this group program which is a big reason I have struggled to make consistent progress in the past. Satan is good at knocking me off track and confusing me with all the "newest" information and gimmicks, which has kept me stuck going in circles. After Dr. Jana gently pointed that out, I have decided to trust where I am, keeping my eyes focused on this program and what we're doing here and follow through in obedience. I have seen MUCH evidence of progress physically and spiritually and feel strength from being in this community together. We are in this together!

I have so much peace and trust Dr. Jana fully. It's fascinating to me! Things are finally making sense as to why I have struggled for so many years. I can't tell you how much $$ we have spent on tests and supplements, including therapy and emotional support too. The Lord has worked in my heart so much these last few years, and now I truly believe he wants to deliver me from the physical stuff that has been stuck!

I prayed for you this morning and I thanked God for you today. You are like a kind and wise shepherdess taking us, (your hungry and sick flock), to a well of health we didn’t know could be attained.

Thank you for all the time you pour in, for patiently answering our questions, for sincerely wanting to see us well, and praying for us. I hope you know and feel the depths of our love and gratitude for you. I no longer feel alone in this journey of trying to get my family healthy. Thank you for standing by me through this. 

Before this program, I was a sugar addict. I had made myself so sick I had become insulin resistant. On top of that, I was peri-menopausal, and my hormones were all over the place. I wasn’t sleeping at night, and emotionally I was a wreck. I made a one-on-one appointment with Dr. Jana, and did some labs. There it was in plain view why I felt so sick. Dr. Jana prayed with me, and gave me recommended options.

Since starting this program I have been seeing/feeling results. In January, I started Dr. Jana's recommended sugar fast, and to nourish my system with the products she specified. In February, my body was releasing all kinds of things that do not belong in it. She also added a module about eating carnivore, and I was nudged by the Holy Spirit to take my eating to that level of elimination, while continuing the phases. I can report as of now, in March, and not even halfway through the program, my body is ridding junk still. I sleep through most nights, and dream again. My energy is up. The needle is moving on my weight. My inflammation is down. My clothes are getting looser. My feet are soft and not cracking. My libido is up. My nails and hair are growing. My skin is clearer. Brain fog is lifted and lifting. Food noise is gone. I’m a better wife and mama. 

I’m still a work in progress (we won’t see perfection till that Glorious Day). But Man, thank you, Jesus, for a taste of the life more abundant you tell us we can have. Thank you for using Dr. Jana as a vessel to bring about healing!
