Thank you again for your continued wisdom, guidance and compassion throughout this journey, Dr. Jana! It means alot to me. Just ordered the supplements, and I'm ready to rock this next month. I'm really looking forward to getting my life back! I don't remember what that's like. I'm so grateful for the answers and action plan, and commitment to healing.

Dr. Jana - I am already feeling better! I took a second 32.5 of thyroid after our talk, so I did 65 mg on Monday. And I jumped to 130 mg on Tuesday. I have tears in my eyes as I say I feel so much better already! Since I’ve experienced so much healing and was nowhere near what I felt like before, I didn’t realize how I was slowly slipping back into not feeling well. I am so grateful for your wisdom! Take this satan! I’m still gonna praise even though I’ve been hit so much these past 5+ weeks! It’s time to praise!…

Before this program, I was a sugar addict. I had made myself so sick I had become insulin resistant. On top of that, I was perimenopausal, and my hormones were all over the place. I wasn’t sleeping at night, and emotionally I was a wreck. I made a one-on-one appointment with Dr. Jana, and did some labs. There it was in plain view why I felt so sick. Dr. Jana prayed with me, and gave me recommended options.
Since starting this program, I have been seeing/feeling results. In January, I started Dr. Jana recommended sugar fast, and to nourish my system with the products she specified. In February, my body was releasing all kinds of things that do not belong in it. She also added a module about eating carnivore, and I was nudged by Holy Spirit to take my eating to that level of elimination, while continuing the phases. I can report as of now, in March, and not even halfway through the program my body is ridding junk still. I am sleeping through most nights, and dreaming again. My energy is up. The needle is moving on my weight. My inflammation is down. My clothes are getting looser. My feet are soft and not cracking. My libido is up. My nails and hair are growing. My skin is clearer. Brain fog is lifted and lifting. Food noise is gone. I’m a better wife and mama. 
I’m still a work in progress (we won’t see perfection till that Glorious Day). But Man, thank you, Jesus, for a taste of the life more abundant you tell us we can have. Thank you for using Dr. Jana as a vessel to bring about healing!

It is hard to portray how this group format works and how it is effective for people. I just hope anyone who feels nudged will sign up in trust because it is overflowing in value for what we paid vs. what we’re getting. At least in my opinion, I feel like I've grown and learned SO MUCH and feel so much more able to understand my body and advocate for myself without all the confusion, physically and spiritually too!

These words are popping into my head to explain what is happening here for me. When Jesus says I am the living water and the bread of life - I feel in this group He is doing just that. I'm being fed and nourished in a way that is hard to explain...but isn't that how the Lord works?! Everything about Him is unexplainable, upside-down, peculiar, beyond understanding!

I started seeing Dr. Jana several years ago. I had been healthy and active for years, yet my health seemed to be diminishing. I had weight gain, joint pain, bloating, and lab work revealed kidney issues. Jana was incredibly patient with me as we worked to get to the root of the issue. My local doctor had given up, and was ready to prescribe a handful of pharmaceuticals, but Dr. Jana didn't give up as easily. We discovered flushing my gallbladder was a huge benefit. We also learned my diet needed an overhaul. I am convinced it was her support and encouragement through this process of discovery and trial-and-error that kept me going. I dealt with a lot of fear during this time, and her quiet confidence and prayer brought peace. I am incredibly thankful for her dedication not only to her patients, but the Lord. It makes all the difference.

I was unsure of how we would receive the personalized care in our health with a virtual group health coaching program. But those concerns quickly rested as I finished our discovery call and immediately saw the difference in the care. It has proved to be the most comprehensive, effective, and personalized relationship with a doctor I have had. It is so individualized to each person's needs, down to individual prayer and discipleship. In the weekly group calls I have learned and gained so much from others' questions and vulnerability, things I would have missed out on that have blessed me immensely. It is a beautiful community of encouragement, empathy, compassion, where we celebrate our wins and share our struggles! We have cried, laughed, prayed, and also shared struggles and frustrations on these calls. These calls are worth the cost of the program alone! 

What I think I love most is that we all are in this place together where we each "get it"... We're on the same page and are speaking a shared "language"...as well as share a fascination in all the things that are DYING and exiting our bodies!! With the modules we are being educated with the same information, while also having individualized plans for each of our unique situations. We all are invested and share a desire for deep healing not just physically but also SPIRITUALLY! This unique, comprehensive, holistic, spiritually led journey of healing can feel very isolating, different, and lonely. I have felt confused and tossed to and fro before this group program which is a big reason I have struggled to make consistent progress in the past. Satan is good at knocking me off track and confusing me with all the "newest"  information and gimmicks which has kept me stuck going in circles. After Dr. Jana gently pointed that out to me I have decided to trust where I am, keeping my eyes focused on this program and what we're doing here and follow through in obedience. I have seen MUCH evidence of progress physically and spiritually and feel strength from being in this community together. We are in this together!

I had worked with Dr. Jana, individually, for approx a year or so and then she offered a new Group program. Through prayer, I felt lead to join the 9 month program and she has been guiding us through a CellCore Detox Protocol. I have been taking the supplements as directed and meeting with other group members via video weekly. I was so encouraged to hear success story after success story of how others body's are healing and how God is providing! Meanwhile, I am not seeing an overwhelming amount of "evidence" of the same success that my friends in the group have been sharing. During a weekly call I was sharing about my "lack of evidence" and asking guidance in my texts steps. Direction was given and Dr. Jana prayed that God would be gracious and give me the evidence I needed to move forward! 
  

 Regardless of the lack of VISIBLE evidence (although I was feeling much better), through Faith in Christ and the process, I decided to push on in obedience and take the next step in the Detox program! 

THAT.VERY.NIGHT. God was gracious and provided VISIBLE evidence that the Detox program is working for me!

I have worked with Dr. Jana in different seasons the last nine years. What I have seen and experienced is that she is a woman of The Word and a Doer of The Word. Dr. Jana is continually learning and following the direction of the Lord. Launching this new group coaching program, my husband and I immediately knew we wanted to join. What she was offering had so much value. Since I’ve been a client for awhile, my plan is quite a bit different from others. Being in community with others and the weekly calls has been pivotal in my journey. It’s also been a blessing to have the ability for my husband and children to participate.

I have worked with Jana for over 10 years as a patient as well as her office manager. As a patient, Dr Jana has walked with me through my health journey with kindness and compassion! With her expertise along with the leading of the Holy Spirit, I have experienced much healing, however, there were a few areas that remained a mystery. I have seen her knowledge and expertise in getting to root causes grow greatly over the last several years! Finally, after running Dr Jana‘s Root Cause Labs, we found out what was actually hiding in my body and hindering my healing. The evidence was real and we had the answer to the mystery. Dr Jana put me on a customized detox plan and I started seeing changes within a few weeks!

In my role as office manager, I have been witness to testimony after testimony of radical breakthrough and healing in some very difficult cases! I can also say that I know firsthand how passionate Dr Jana is about bringing healing to those who have been struggling for many years! God has gifted her and He he is using her for her patient/clients good and His glory!

One of the biggest changes Dr Jana has made this year is introducing her group coaching program, and I can tell you, it has been better than we ever expected! The community it has built has become a sweet family of encouragement. We have walked our detox journey out together and shared our struggles, our victories, and… maybe a few gross pictures of the “evidence”  of detox!
I highly highly recommend anybody desiring to take a deep dive into detox with the expertise and one on one guidance from Dr Jana! I promise, this has been a game changer! 

When I met Jana, I had been sick for most of my childhood and all of my teen years. I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease at 8 years old and no shot, pill, or treatment ever had last effects. When I was 18, the doctors told me there was nothing they could do and it was only a matter of time before it turned into colon cancer. My mom knew Jana and suggested I see her. During my first meeting, she prayed over and tested my body, and for the first time in my life I was given actual feedback with actionable remedies. I detoxed my body for a month and almost immediately felt the healing take place. Today, I no longer have any symptoms of Crohn's and I live a happy, healthy life- all thanks to Dr. Jana. I am so, so thankful for her and her knowledge. I have recommended all my friends to her and I recommend you, too! 

I originally started seeing Dr. Jana because I had just been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and my endocrinologist put me on thyroid medication, telling me that when I was ready to have babies, I needed to be on the meds prior to trying to get pregnant and during my pregnancy otherwise, I was at risk for a miscarriage or difficulty conceiving. I had constant heart palpitations for years, none of the 5 specialists I saw could figure out the root cause and then even after my hypothyroidism diagnosis and medication prescription, I still had heart palpitations. Dr. Jana evaluated me and found a lot of things that were going to help my thyroid: per her advice, I did multiple cleanses and was not only able to regulate my thyroid but I was also able to naturally rid gallstones. With dietary changes, herbs, and supplements, my body felt lighter and cleaner, my energy was consistent, and I truly felt renewed. When I was ready to conceive, I had no issues and got pregnant right away, praise God!  And I had an absolutely phenomenal pregnancy, I felt great. She also helped me regulate my hormones during my postpartum as I started to see a huge dip in my milk supply and with her help, my supply was back up. She advised some dietary changes along with herbs and supplements. Dr. Jana has a God-given gift but she has taken that gift and really worked on building a tremendous skill set.
